We heard from a customer when they would wash their battery with a water hose that sometimes water could pool up in the discharge connector and cause some mild shorting on the discharge line. It's not a safety issue as the load is small and the battery will shut itself off if needed, but there is something we can do to prevent this!

With our build version 8 starting in November 2022 we will fill the discharge lines with black thermoplastic to prevent water from pooling up or causing a short. 

No retrofits are needed for current units, however if you're washing your battery you could consider plugging up these same locations to prevent this from occurring.
